Hello friends. There’s some good news for now. The first lot of weapons has arrived. From what I have heard the importers have stocked them and are selling them in small quantities to control the prices. They don’t want to flood the market with new pistols as a result of which the prices will fall at once.
Here are some of the weapons that have been imported commercially and are selling at very high prices.
So for now we have some Russian, Chinese, Turkish and Brazilian handguns selling at high price. These are peshawar prices so Lahore and Karachi prices might be a little higher. But I believe as more weapons land on our shores the situation will get better. I will try to update you guys. Cheers

On a recent trip to the famous Darra Adam Khel I came across this pen pistol. My curiosity got the better of me and I had to take a closer look at it. I had heard so much about it, but had never got a chance to see one or even fire it. The funny thing is I don’t even know what are the rules and laws regarding this device. But since it can actually fire a bullet and can kill someone so I think it comes in the category of a weapon.
This post is describes the procedure for getting a Ministry of Interior, Arms license. Presently there is a ban for civilians, however Government officials can get license. There are different categories of the MOI arms license, example a new license, a duplicate, transfer or renewal case. All these are done using the same procedure but you will need to attach different documents for all of these.
On my recent visit to Peshawar a friend showed me this beautiful 80% Glock 17, and so I was forced to take a close look at it. Why is it called an 80% Glock 17? Well it has almost 80% original Glock parts and 20% desi. In fact he told me it was 20% Plock, whereas Plock being a local term for a Glock, a Pakistani Glock that is.
